If you are like me, you are busy trying to plot out all your kids' after school activities on the infamous family master calendar. It's a task that makes chess look like a silly game of tic-tac-toe! We are so lucky to have a variety of classes for all ages available right here at St. Peter's. You will find information on all these opportunities at registration, but I thought it might be helpful to give you a head's up...
Art Explorers with Jay Maddox will be on Mondays and Wednesdays with a preschool time at 2pm both days, Monday at 3pm for 3rd-5th grade, and Wednesday at 3pm for K-2nd grade.
Center of Music for Early Development with Janice Bond with preschool options on Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00-2:40pm. Kindergarten - 3rd grade option will be offered on Thursday from 3:00-3:45.
Cheerleading and Dance Team with Karen Evans on Monday at 3:00
Ballet with Karen Horton on Tuesday for preschoolers at 2:00pm and for Kindergarten-2nd grade at 3:00pm.
Karate with Corey Green on Friday for preschool at 2:00pm and Kindergarten-5th grade at 3:00-3:45
Our NEW after school addition is the St. Peter's Playhouse, a theater arts class from the PAGE to the STAGE! Colleen Laliberte will focus on all aspects of theater production. No previous acting experience is necessary. This option will be open to 1st-5th graders on Thursday from 3:05-4:30. There will be a performance at the end of the session!
St. Peter's provides the facility for these activities, but all monies are paid directly to the respective teachers. Also, don't forget that 4th and 5th grade Chorus with Mr. Tyson meets on Wednesdays from 3:00-500! Likewise, we are always looking for parents to step up and lead our various levels of scouting; so please let me know if you are interested in helping out.
