On Tues, Oct. 5, 2nd grade enjoyed a field trip to the Hunter Museum of American Art.
Students inquired: “Did the artist really see that happen?" and "Is that environment real or imaginary?”
An explanation and discussion of the concept of real and imaginary environments was followed by an opportunity for them to make their own artwork in the museum's studio.
