Will You Be My Valentine?

Kindergarteners in Ms. Betty and Ms. Jedro's class visited Summit View Retirement Home for a special valentine presentation. Performing for two groups of Summit View residents, the students "performed" and sang several songs related to love and Valentine's Day. A highlight of the morning was the students' chance to meet Ms. Betty's mother, Muriel, a Summit View resident.

Much to the residents' delight, they each received a handmade Valentine card, complete with a chocolate candy. The students hand-delivered these to the residents. The residents thoroughly enjoyed the visit and asked the students to visit again soon!
